Our boxing classes are run by quality boxing coaches. 

At Brother Boxing we utilised a 3 tiered development program. Meaning there’s a program for every skill level that ensures you don’t waste time. Spending time on the right techniques is crucial for development. Nobody wants to waste their time doing random training and workouts, run by unenthused coaches. With no clear pathway for developing real boxing skills.

At Brother Boxing, we have you covered and you’ll develop real skills, quickly and with coaches that care about your development.

 

foundation tier

For beginners or those getting back into fitness, this level focuses on building basic boxing skills, overall strength & conditioning. It’s about learning technique safely while gaining confidence and consistency. Gearing you up to take the next step into development tier. This tier consists of the following classes:
- Boxing Skills
- Boxing & Fitness
- Strength & Conditioning

development tier

Intermediate members step up their game with more intense boxing drills, and endurance work. This tier builds on the foundation with personalised coaching, introducing more complex combinations and strategic training to improve skill and fitness. This tier consists of the following classes:
- Strength & Conditioning
- Technical Boxing
- Tech Boxing / Sparring
- Fight Team

performance tier

For advanced members, this level delivers high-intensity boxing training combined with strength and power development, agility drills, and tactical sparring. It’s specifically designed to maximize performance, resilience, and mental toughness, while preparing members to compete confidently and safely in the ring.

This tier includes all classes in the development tier, while having access to fight preparation with our fight team coaches. This includes organised sparring with other clubs, specialised conditioning and mindset coaching. All to get our boxers ready for upcoming competition.

 youth & teens boxing

YOUTH BOXING - is a fun, hard working and developmental program for both Kids & Teens to work together on their boxing in an encouraging environment. What to expect during a class is Work on Boxing Technique, Bag rounds & fitness rounds. They also include fun fitness games, that motivate them to work hard while improving their boxing fitness.

TEENS BOXING - is for Kids over 12 years old that want to learn the skills needed in the boxing ring. In a beginner friendly environment, the teens work together on defensive skills and other fundamentals they can practice together in a safe environment. Discipline, accountability and work ethic are a high priority in these classes, to build character that will help both inside and outside the ring.
